Good concept but very poorly made

I bought this straight left angled version of this cable on purpose because it had an angle to it. I've had occasions where endless cords become loose or break where they leave my Kindle. Many times my battery dies and I have to plug my Kindle in while using it, and since I'm not holding it up in the air with the plug hanging straight down (who could?), the cable goes to either the right or left, where it comes out of the Kindle depends on where it's plugged in, so I was wondering if the charging cable itself has an angle that would avoid that bend. Well, it avoids that bend, but this cable has a few other issues. First, the charging pin that connects to the Kindle has a very loose connection where it connects to the braided cable and after just a few uses my Kindle broke. It detached on the first use and on the third use the cable detached from the stylus that plugs into the Kindle itself. Also, the braided cable, which I thought would add extra strength, isn't easy to straighten. It gets tangled and becomes a big mess. It's got a wire that seems to remember very quickly - meaning whichever position you use it at first is pretty much where it's at from now on. If you just want to plug something in and charge it instead of using it while it's charging, this might work. However, do not plan to use the device while connected to this cable as it is not well designed. withstand any back and forth movement.
