My mother introduced me to this product and it was a BIG hit. She had older dogs that were constantly peeing on her carpet due to illnesses and stains. After several professional carpet cleaning companies came and cleaned, she noticed the smell kept coming back. She bought this product and used it in her own carpet cleaner and the smell didn't come back and the carpets were very clean. I think she's already bought 3 bottles because she loves it so much! I bought this and use it on the tiles in our home with 2 elderly dogs and a cat. It cleans saliva, vomit or urine residue that a regular cleaner might leave behind.
