I bought this clicker hoping for a strong, heavy, durable clicker that feels solid and well made. The steel on it is a whole improvement over the aluminum foil, but it's more of a prize you get tickets to after a good day of skiball at the county fair than something a judge or trainer would be proud of. My daughter has a plastic clicker which seems to be a definite improvement. I'm disappointed, and while I wouldn't say it's not like the picture, to me it looks more like a shiny aluminum can than the picture, which looks like solid cold-rolled steel.
