My girl teeth early. At 15 months she has 14 teeth. I've had some issues with manual toothbrushes of various shapes and sizes (silicone, plastic, etc.). As soon as the brushes touched her lips, before they even touched her teeth, she began to struggle and shake her head, refusing to open her mouth. Sometimes I had to oversing her favorite nursery rhymes to distract her so she could brush my teeth for a bit. I started brushing my teeth. After a few days of use, she opens her mouth herself as soon as the brush approaches. I can finally take a good look at her molars with the LED light and clean them thoroughly. I no longer have to sing and dance to distract them. My baby is also happy with everything (she drools a little while cleaning). Happy baby, happy life.
