If you want to experience theater popcorn at home, this is a must, as is coconut oil. There are plenty of guides for this if you google it, but basically you take coconut oil, melt it in a covered saucepan along with some Flavacol Season Salt, add popcorn kernels, and then wait for some delicious buttery popcorn! I've used this in a closed pot and also in one of those little home popcorn makers that look just like you see them in the movies. It works equally well for everyone. A quick tip if you're using a pan with a lid. Melt the butter with the flavacol, add the popcorn kernels and remove from the heat for about 30 seconds until the kernels are evenly heated. Put it back on the fire and when you're done you'll have fewer unroasted seeds.
