Review on Good Earth Herbal & Black Tea, Sweet & Spicy, 18 Count Tea Bags (6-Pack) - Improved Packaging, Possible Variations by Kevin Grizzle

I have had a 6 pack Sweet and Spicy decaffeinated subscription for over a year. This is my favorite tea which i drink day and night very tasty and sweet no real sugar or sweeteners.when that last packet arrived i thought i was going crazy.each cup of tea suddenly became very bitter..changed and i had to brew less.no change. Then the next time I took a "regular" tasty mug and told myself I was going crazy. The mug, that the tea bag label wasn't the same as usual. Instead of white paper, it was some weird, thick, sometimes shiny plastic I started crushing all the tea bags in a box and actually there were about 2/3 of those weird labels left and 1/3 of the normal o I have about 10 of these weird te esachets tried and of course bitter and disgusting every once! The few I found with a regular paper label tasted just like this tea always. I have emailed Good Earth about this but have not yet received a response from them. It is unacceptable to throw away 2/3 of a product I paid for due to poor quality control by Good Earth. So buyers beware. I don't know if this is a new issue or if they are trying to get rid of old faulty stock (you will find people complaining about the same issue in reviews from 2018), I doubt anyone out there is working on fake tea. But in the meantime I have canceled my subscription and will buy from a real store where I can return the box if it is filled with unusable tea.
