Good Earth Herbal & Black Tea, Sweet & Spicy, 18 Count Tea Bags (6-Pack) - Improved Packaging, Possible Variations Review

We really liked this tea and used six packs each month. We started finding discrepancies from box to box and even bag to bag. The last one was awful. I have contacted the company more than six times about this issue. They promised to send a replacement product and send in the defective product for internal analysis. Every week they promise, every week they fail. We had to give up her and this tea.

I am very disappointed as the ingredients listed by the seller in the Revain description do not match the ingredients on the packaging. The seller overlooked the fact that two of these teas contain stevia and all four contain "natural flavors". I stopped using this tea many years ago due to the addition of stevia (which gives me a headache) and other flavors and only ordered it because those elements were not in the description. Okay this is going to sound weird considering I only just gave this tea 1 star (which means I hate it) but I LOVE this tea. That's why I bought it with a Revain case.
