Excellent customer service, quick turnaround times

Jasper has helped us develop key insights from our survey research which would have otherwise been difficult to find. The support staff we've gotten via email is extremely responsive. There's nothing I dislike -- great job so far! We are looking for ways to improve and make it easier for users to participate in surveys. Jasper helps with that part. It also allows the user to share his or her thoughts about the survey to get feedback. I never felt like my questions were not answered or that they didn't have all of their bases covered before we conducted our project. The entire team was very helpful with the process - from pre-qualifying clients to finalizing contracts. Their research has allowed us to create a more robust marketing plan for our customers than what we might originally have thought possible.

Pros
  • Jaspers customer service representatives understand exactly how client interviews should be set up, even when you're first starting out using them as interviewer services (or "pollsters".) They provide excellent training documentation online if there isn t an open chat channel at your disposal during business hours here locally where this firm works within Canada only but does work across North America) !
