I love the cinnamon version!
Cinnamon tastes very mild and I can gargle for 1 minute (or longer!) unlike all mint mouthwashes. Quitting alcohol also helps and calms my mind (gargling alcohol every day inevitably has some effect on gums, and I wouldn't say it's a good idea). I wish I could find this in stores but alas, Revane comes to the rescue. My husband and I are both very happy with it! Edit: My dad had throat surgery and has since recovered as best he can. Since then, however, his throat and mouth have become very sensitive and he only uses this mouthwash!
