I definitely recommend buying, I didn't notice any disadvantages.

Some pros:
Easy to use macOS (gestures);
Holds a charge for a very long time;
Cons:
The coating on the legs is not very resistant - a mouse pad is required;
It would be possible to implement a cell in the mouse to store the bluetooth adapter, because. I connect to macOS without it (may get lost)

On makosi it constantly freezes, disconnects, falls off, all other bluetooth devices work fine.
