It stopped working about 2 months after purchase. It lasted a second, then it stuttered and stopped. Whenever I pressed the button, it would blink in a sequence that I thought might be a warning light, so I tried to find documentation to help troubleshoot, but no dice. The accompanying manual doesn't say anything about what their light signals might mean, although they do various things that suggest they mean something. I've tried fully charging it, swapping out the brush head, and giving it a deep clean several times (what else to do? It's a damn toothbrush, not a computer!) but it just kept getting better and better. strange. Eventually I gave up and put it back in the box, whereupon it would turn on and wouldn't stop until it ran out of power. I thought someone was trying to poke through my wall until I realized I put it back in the box in the closet. The other reviews that made me buy this in the first place are pretty positive, so maybe I just got a defective one. I still think it wouldn't hurt to share as that was pretty lame!
