Excellent Carving Knife
I bought this knife to use as a carving knife for chicken, turkey, roasts etc. It has met and exceeded expectations. The balance is excellent, the blade is heavy and very stiff. I will warn potential buyers that this knife is not for those with small hands. That's the only knife my wife doesn't use. The handle is too thick to hold comfortably.
