Unexpected shape for action figures and playsets

I've been ordering Lost Kitties for a while. My little daughter loves them and we tried to get all the kittens. However, we were shocked and dismayed when we opened the package to find that one of the packages (brown "chocolate milk") was completely covered in mold. The other three bags in the container (and the ones we've ordered in the past) were mold free, so we generally didn't expect mold growth. I just wanted to throw it away and call it a waste, but I was curious to see if the mold was just on the surface layer or all over. Not that it matters in terms of usage; it would all be thrown away, but I wanted to see how bad the growth was. As you can see from the photos; The shape was fully integrated into the packaging, it also ended up in a bag for lost kittens. I can't say I will never buy Lost Kitties products again, but I am very concerned that the problem has recurred and have some reservations. now about it. I wanted to post this review there as well so that others can prepare for it. My husband is very allergic to mold so in terms of exposure; if, out of ignorance, he snatched it out of the box to give to our daughter and not to me; This would not be ideal due to the risk of exposure to the allergen. Also, it would be a lot worse if he or I just handed our daughter the giant package directly, didn't check the individual packages beforehand, and she just opened them up and played with them herself, not knowing that the weird green thing was mold by then it was on all of her arms and felt/smelled "weird" or "different". So if you are buying this for young children; look at them first if you are allergic to mold; Perhaps you refrain from buying everything together to avoid unexpected exposure to a potential allergen.
