Purchased after my current alarm clock started beeping because it was running low. Instructions for use and warnings printed on the front of the novelty are barely legible. I contacted the manufacturer but they offered no real help. No customer service! The receptionist said I could send them the photo but I would still have to mail it back to Revane. I explained the problem to Revane and warned that other devices produced at the same time could also be bad. They quickly sent a replacement but the replacement has the same problem. I'm sending back a replacement and changing brands. The alarm may work normally. I just won't risk my family's safety with a company that has obvious quality issues.
