AWESOME mechanical caliper upgrade!

These are AWESOME center pull mechanical brakes with dual pivot calipers! Wish I had had them LONG! Very easy to install EXCEPT I had to use two rear brakes (requires a longer center bolt) to easily install the brakes. So I used the rear brakes up front through the fork crown. Used the front rear brakes through the bridge of the seatstays by tampering with parts of the Dรญa-Compe's disused brakes. Otherwise I would NOT be able to install these brakes! Presumably from the owner's manual that came with the brakes, the front brakes have a longer bolt than the rear brakes. Indeed? Why? Especially when riding through the fork crown? I could have it backwards. but I advise you to be aware of it! But in any case, one brake has a shorter mounting bolt than the other! I have to ask if this is a must, could you just have both brakes with a longer bolt and be done with that!? It may be useful to those who read my writings. Installed these brakes on a: 1982 Schwinn Traveler Road Bike Again, AWESOME bike upgrade, didn't want to upgrade to disc brakes or DI-2! Definitely DO NOT upgrade to disc brakes after installation, NO NEED! Now for the next project. Transmission upgrade to 11 gears! When it comes to 3x or 2x groupsets, Tiagra (3x) or Ultegra (2x), these low gears are required! Chrome molybdenum frame. in order for it to remain behind, one must lay it out!
