I have used Genie Instant, Wrinkle Magic (no longer available) and other products for my puffy eyes and I like them as much as or better than others at a much lower price. I use just a small drop and wear it under each eye as if through the "dark valley" between the skin and the pouch under the eyes. It dries a little lighter but I like that under the eyes. The bags have gone along with all the dark circles. I've had it on for ten hours now and it's still holding up and looking great. For the price I don't think you can beat this for puffy eye bags. When it turns white, place a small drop of baby oil on your middle finger, tap your two middle fingers together, and then simply blot the white edge. The oil doesn't require much, but it takes away the whiteness without compromising the effectiveness of this product.
