I LOVE baking! Over the years I've tried different brands of bakeware, from grocery stores to more expensive ones. I especially like Wilton pans for the quality of the product. It's a solid, well-made pan, and the inside has a smooth finish, making it easy to pop the cupcakes out (I still put parchment paper on the bottom). Because they're made of a heavier metal, they heat up evenly, reducing any unwanted caramelization. Dough around the edges during baking. They are very easy to clean with soap, water and a sponge and will likely be the last bakeware you will ever need to buy. Finally for hobby bakers: hands off DARK baking tins. as they absorb more heat and can give unreliable results. That's why Wilton™ bakeware is always made of light metal.
