So frustrated.: Cake pan

Sheet is ok. IF you can remove the glue holding the inserts. Seriously - scrape it off, wash it off and the little bead of glue that held the insert in the pan won't come loose. I now have 4 pans and need to figure out how to get the (probably) toxic glue off of them before I can bake anything without parchment paper. Who would have thought that adding adhesive that doesn't peel off easily was a good idea for a food contact product?

WHY did I do this?!

I have owned and used Wilton 8" round molds for at least 20 years. They have a few scratches but they still look and cook like new. My daughter uses "cheap" baking pans so I bought her this set. Of course I used them first. But without thinking, I put them in the dishwasher! No no no! Just making another cake will tell me if I messed up. PLEASE don't make thought bubbles like me. The pans are fantastic and I've made amazing cakes with my old ones. Will definitely buy again.

Very well done - a step ahead of others

I LOVE baking! Over the years I've tried different brands of bakeware, from grocery stores to more expensive ones. I especially like Wilton pans for the quality of the product. It's a solid, well-made pan, and the inside has a smooth finish, making it easy to pop the cupcakes out (I still put parchment paper on the bottom). Because they're made of a heavier metal, they heat up evenly, reducing any unwanted caramelization. Dough around the edges during baking. They are very easy to clean with…
