Unfortunately I have decided to return this product. The glass jar was an attractive feature compared to most other plastic models, but there was one major issue with this one that I couldn't get over. The container is not closed. The photos are a bit misleading in my opinion. It seems to me that the top transparent cover covers all this and can be removed for casting. It wasn't like that. The true rim of the jug is always open, even with the lid. It's a little rough to keep it in the fridge. I fiddled with it for a while, making sure I didn't miss a single detail as stated. Can the company comment?
