Again I was hesitant to buy this at first because my dog is only a year old but she is VERY strong. I've read other reviews of similar products that either broke when stuck in the ground or a dog pulled them out of the ground. When I received this product I noticed its build quality and that alone gave me some confidence. The "test" came when I pounded it into the ground. At first I expected the blanket to break with every blow of the hammer, but it held up and with each blow I became more confident. I ended up getting it on the ground and testing it out by connecting a 30 foot EXPAWLORER dog cable to it and the other end to my dog's Pesp Army Green Dog metal buckle - another great product. I immediately started running from my dog and he instinctively followed me at FULL speed. At the end of 30 feet, she stopped immediately. I then checked the product and it hasn't grown an inch. I highly recommend this product.
