I think I might be the lucky one among the many losers. My star set arrived well packaged. Every detail arrived safely. Nobody broke. There is literally a size for almost every hole. Highly recommended. Also have no idea how these people melt it? I just had to use one of the dozens of bowls I've made up until this post. It never changed shape or melted. Covered only in ash.
