Two mistakes are not allowed.
It looks like it could have been a precision tool, so two stars instead of one, but the square spirit level was dry, no signs of leakage in the case and one of the case latches didn't work. My son didn't want a "cheap" model from a local store that costs less than a tenth the price of this "quality" model, even though the "cheap" model had no flaws.
