This paw balm worked well, it moisturizes. However, the smell/aroma is so strong that it is repulsive. The scent of patchouli is so strong that repeated hand washing with soap and water does not get rid of the scent. The whole dog, my hands and the whole room smell like patchouli. In the end I threw it away and bought another balm so that our whole house and ourselves didn't smell like an incense store. I also can't imagine a dog feeling that good about the scent when they lick it.
