Review on URBEST Insulation Tubing Preservation Insulated by Cesar Hubbard

2-1/2 stars. Bought to attach to a baby swing as a styrofoam handle. Too brittle, too easily torn for this purpose. I believe it will be better suited for pipe insulation for its intended purpose. But I think it is imperative that you insert the pipe into the insulating foam sleeve BEFORE installing the pipe. If you have to sweat the copper pipe I have no idea how the sleeve will hold up to the heat. I highly doubt that would be the case. Another issue is that it comes folded and is about 6 inches long. The cuff is very thin at the creases and if you insert pipe (or rope) into the cuff they are more likely to break (or be less effective as insulation) at these points. It was delivered amazingly quickly. Good job Raven. I don't know how you do it.
