I love that this is a modular mount between the VESA plate and the back of each monitor/TV and a set of screws . What I didn't like was that the company didn't provide the customer with the perfect nuts and washers for these bolts. This adapter plate must be mounted on the VESA plate of the monitor arm. How can we do this when we only get bolts but no nuts or washers to attach. I had to run to the nearest Home Depot to buy $10 worth of nuts and washers to mount these bolts because there weren't any less on the shelf. I forgot if the screws were M5 or M6 but I took them to the fasteners department to check if they fit. I have a 34" Vizio HDTV with 200x200 holes on the back. After attaching the adapter plate to my monitor's VESA plate, I aligned the plate to the standoff holes. Now the problem was that the screw heads lined up with the adapter plate bumped the plastic surface of the monitor. So I still needed washers. (At least three washers per hole to compensate for screw head height). After everything was installed I grabbed a screwdriver and tightened it. In general the product is excellent. Just make sure that you have extra nuts and washers on hand.Or the company had to provide us with the missing equipment.at the beginning.
