UNIVERSAL TV / MONITOR MOUNT ADAPTER: Don't throw away your old TV mount or monitor stand just because you bought a new display with a larger mounting pattern. Use this TV wall mount adapter plate to extend the compatibility of your existing mount. VESA adapter plate for wall mounts up to VESA 200x200 mm so that larger size TVs or monitors can be mounted. Converts VESA 75x75 and 100x100 mounting patterns to VESA 200x100 and 200x200. SOLID STEEL VESA PLATE: Heavy-gauge steel construction. Load capacity of 66 lbs. Please note, the actual load capacity might be limited to the mount capacity and not the VESA adapter capacity. VESA mount adapter fits most 32 to 55 inch flat panel LED and LCD TVs. With the adapter plate, we also provide larger bolts to connect to larger TVs. Most small TVs and Monitors use M4 Screws but larger screens use larger screws. Kit includes 4 pieces each of M6x30, M6x20, M6x14, M5x10, M5 washers and M5 Nuts. EASY TO INSTALL: Includes installation instructions and standard hardware kit.

Easier than buying a new wall mount and cheaper

I already had a wall mount but it wasn't big enough for my new TV. Rather than buying a brand new one and then going through all the steps involved in setting it up, I was able to simply add this item to an existing one to match the new TV.

NOT VESA standard, not suitable for M8 screws!

This is not a VESA standard! I bought it and found that the 200mm x 200mm external mounting holes do not fit M8 screws (according to VESA standard)! I sent it back and bought another brand instead. If your TV or mount only uses screws smaller than m8 there shouldn't be a problem.

Exactly what it says!

Worked great to mount a lightweight 13.5lb 40" TV/monitor to a 26lb desk mount. The mount had smaller VESA holes than the TV. The plate weighs 5.5 pounds? 26 pounds! Keep in mind that the square may not have all the holes symmetrically located, so you may need to rotate it 90° to get the configuration required for your situation. This is NOT a disadvantage! Remember!

For attaching a 43 " LG VESA 200x200 monitor to a 100x100 gas piston mount

Worked great, just the plate I needed. I ended up using the screws that were on the standard monitor but the Plate comes with some decent metric screws. I didn't want the screws to protrude too far into the monitor and damage anything so I used the OEM screws which used to be on the stand LG might sell for less if You didn't need the screws but I will just add them to my glasses with the extra screws and bolts I have in stock.I actually bought two of these because I was planning on using a…

does not come with all parts (nuts and washers) for spacing and mounting

I love that this is a modular mount between the VESA plate and the back of each monitor/TV and a set of screws . What I didn't like was that the company didn't provide the customer with the perfect nuts and washers for these bolts. This adapter plate must be mounted on the VESA plate of the monitor arm. How can we do this when we only get bolts but no nuts or washers to attach. I had to run to the nearest Home Depot to buy $10 worth of nuts and washers to mount these bolts because there weren't
