Love this wireless fencing product

I have always had my nails done and I am fortunate to have strong nails that grow fast. However, for about a year I have had problems with brittle or peeling nails. Someone suggested I use a moisturizing base coat and use a Rubinstein nail file instead of the regular sanding boards I've been using for 20+ years. Well it worked and now I never paint my nails without a moisturizing base coat (like Cuccio's) and only use a Rubinstein nail file. An added plus is that the ruby stone can also file away dry cuticles and the pouch is great for carrying in your purse. I will definitely buy more.
