Review on 🦷 Oral-B Kids Electric Toothbrush with Star Wars Design & Replacement Brush Heads - Perfect for Kids 6+ by Eric Teodoro

Revainrating 4 out of 5

This is a Pro 1500 baby brush in a special box that says for kids

First of all the toothbrush is great. The head fits easily in our 4.5 year old girl's mouth and the handle fits easily in her hand. She would have liked it to be pink or some other pretty color, but she recovered after a day or two. I would have given this review 5 stars if Oral-B had been more specific about the details of their product. This baby toothbrush is actually the more expensive Adult Pro 1500, which has been placed in a new box labeled for kids. While changing the box, Oral-B's branding team made a small mistake by forgetting to change the branding on the product instructions included in the box. Therefore it is referred to as the Pro 1500 throughout the product guide and the specs are the same as the Pro 1500. Prior to purchasing this brush it was very frustrating that Oral-B did not and intentionally not set the specs of this product to Revain . list this product on their own website. Wanting to know the specs before purchasing, I called their support team. The woman on the phone was polite and helpful, but the branding team only gave her half the information about the product, along with a story about why the product wasn't listed on the Oral-B website even though it was a top seller . Brush a few months before Revain. Even today (a month later) this product is still not listed on the Oral-B website. The only logical conclusion from not listing this product and its specs on the Oral-B website is that then everyone will know it's the more expensive Pro 1500 in baby wrap at $20 less and no one will buy Pro 1500.
