When I saw this PTZ camera, my first reaction was good image quality. I hope the quality of the camera is worth trying. When I got it I was very disappointed. I couldn't get it to work, I couldn't get the hand signals to work. I couldn't get it to connect anything. I even had trouble finding an online camera program that had to control it manually. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it so I decided to return it. I even tried to get help from a YouTuber I watch quite often, he basically said he wouldn't waste his time on it because it's a 'webcam'. I really needed the "follow me" feature so after waiting a few days I decided to give it another try. It took some time. I don't know what the problem was originally, but I got the hand gestures working, I found the software. got this software to work. using the camera software that came with my laptop by pressing the rear camera button. I hooked it up to my Mini Pro ATM as a fourth camera using Microsoft's camera software. I was able to live stream it on YouTube for a test, so I'm not entirely sure about its durability yet, but I'm willing to try. They say another version is coming out for this product and I really want to see it. I will give another review after using it for a while, I hope it deserves five stars.
