Review on Black Heavy Duty Performance Tool W80586 Remote Starter for Cars and Trucks by Robert Blair

My old remote starter (probably 40 years old now) has stopped working so thought I'd try a new one, got it back in February and have never used it until now So far, not only were both end clamp screws lost and had to be tightened, the main button doesn't work. checked, it didn't work. I tried to fix and dismantle the main button (you have to cut the plastic sleeve on one side) but it's stamped, didn't really want to go any further, I mean for the price it's not surprising, there are a lot of cheap things around here that do work great but not this one. Bottom line would buy it again, NO, very cheaply made, terminals wear out on ends, wires were not crimped properly, thick rubber insulation but 16 gauge wire inside, would not recommend buying.
