DOA after 6 months - BOTH. I bought two of these, one as an access point. I figured a three month warranty would be in order because if it breaks, it's instant. NOT CORRECT! After about 3 months, one of the LAN ports on one of the routers failed. Okay, no big deal - he didn't need it. Then today the rest of the ports went down and the WIFI started dropping a few minutes after the power went off. OK, that was such a good deal that even the death of a router isn't that bad - I'll just reconfigure the access point back into the router and keep working. WRONG AGAIN! Now the second router has lost all wifi. I spent an hour on the phone with tech support and they finally determined that the unit was defective and is currently out of warranty. The best they could do was offer me a discount of about 30% on their latest product which is still way behind the state of the art. However, I wasn't interested in investing another $100 in yesterday's technology, especially from a company that wouldn't stand behind their product more than 3 months.
