This is the best thing since sliced bread and peanut butter. I love this instrument very much. I bought this primarily to puree beans for burritos instead of using bean puree. Now my wife has officially handed all the mashing over to me. That doesn't bother me at all with this rammer. It's made of high quality stainless steel and the handle is extremely durable and a dream come true. One or two handed, it works like a champ, giving you lots of power with very little power. Very easy to clean. I highly recommend this product. I can't fault anything about this device. It looks and feels like it will last a reasonable lifetime.
