NO BRAND SUPPORT for men

I love Bolle sunglasses and have worn numerous pairs over the years. Bought Bolle Bolt 11867 in June 2019 after trying many other Bolle styles; the landing was great. After just a few weeks, I awkwardly dropped it and damaged one of the lenses. I went to the Bolle website and found out they would fix it for a fixed price of $30. I filled out their form and mailed it to the address listed on their website along with my receipt and my sunglasses. About a month later I received a letter from Bushnell Outdoor Products along with my check. When I called Bushnell I was told they used to own Bolle but no longer endorsed the brand. They refunded my receipt but sent the sunglasses to Bolle for repair. I contacted Bolle for a status update, it took 3 or 4 attempts and about an hour before I was able to speak to anyone live. The person I spoke to informed me that they are currently not repairing the sunglasses, only replacing them, but they were ordered after 2 weeks (that was mid-July 2019). I patiently waited for my sunglasses but after 2 months of waiting I decided I needed to make another call. Again, it took forever to get through to the person who had just told me the same story. She came back 2-3 weeks later. Bolle has a great product but the customer support is terrible. ATTENTION if you need warranty or product support.
