I recently replaced some pendant lights in the kitchen with clear Edison pendants but the light was too dim and yellow. I soon learned how complex all the "brightness" and "color" options are with Edison LED bulbs. If you choose too high a "color" (e.g. 4000+K) the light will become too blue and you will feel like you are in a greenhouse. If you go too low, the light will turn too yellow. Then come lumens (brightness level), then wattage, etc. If you're looking for an Edison bulb that produces bright, soft white light but no yellow light, then this is the bulb for you! This is the type of light that comes closest to an ordinary incandescent bulb.
