The most useful feature of this tool is that it helps us to perform day-to-day operations like configuration management, network monitoring, application monitoring and much more. We can also use this platform for creating reports which are also very helpful in decision making. There are few minor issues but nothing serious. I would say that you should try this product as there is no major drawback. As I mentioned earlier we were using other tools which were not very well equipped. This product completely meets our needs. I like that it is easy to use, has good documentation and is open source. It has a bit of a learning curve but once you get the hang of it everything works great. The ability to have multiple users access one account at different times is very useful. We are using Heili to manage our AWS accounts. This allows us to keep track of our monthly spending and help monitor usage.
