I am torn as I write this review. 2 stars deducted because the hat was sent in a package! I honestly think mailing a hat in a bag is lazy, cheap, gross, and just plain rude. Hats must be sent in a box. End of the story! However, the hat is really good and the quality is well above average. Unfortunately I had to use rubber bands overnight to get it back to its original shape after the hat arrived apparently broken and bent. Eventually, with a little ingenuity, I salvaged the hat and it's now one of my favorites; However, I would really like to see this provider step up their game and use shipping boxes in the future. Had this hat been in the box in perfect condition I would have had no hesitation in giving it 5 stars.
