Review on Professional Woodworking Vanadium Chisels Handles by David Dreher

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It s cheap. However.

Good. I know they are cheap. i saw the price I pressed order. I know I'm not going to get a super handyman chisel for such a low price. The handles are cheap, there is a metal ring on the back. Well I don't know why it's there in the first place and of course the metal is uneven and quirky. After unboxing I took the time to build a sharpening station and use a sharpening guide. Rub the back and sides a little to remove nicks and drop into the honing guide for 2 minutes to touch up the bevel/blade. that's all i spent. A few strokes down to superfine grit and these things are sharp! For a cheap set. If you're the kind of person that wants precision or learning but doesn't plan to beat the shit out of their hands. It's a great set for that. Cheap pens. So what. They are comfortable to hold. The blades are instantly sharp and after a few seconds of sharpening they become super sharp. Not bad for such a low price. Dear company who sold them. Now that I have given you a good review on a cheap item. Please don't overload. Make them cheap so others can afford them. Many Thanks
