I love this lamp and it looks so good in my bathroom. However, I found the installation very difficult. But not really because of the hardware of the device. When installing, just make sure the electrical hole in the ceiling is small enough for your hardware plate to attach outside of the hole. After trying different processes, I finally had to install a mounting plate around the electric hole to stabilize the light plate. Once you have the locking plate in place it should be fully secured and not moving. Then wire and line up the screw holes. This is probably a two person setup, but I did it alone! Much luck! Definitely worth it. Be careful not to drop it. I did this and broke the string of beads which I had to re-thread and hot glue to the base of the bracket. He is fragile.
