I had an OXO napkin where you press the middle. This is a highly recommended bestseller and lasted exactly one year before the plunger broke. I never liked it because it had to be hit hard to make it work (which might explain why my butt broke). That's why I bought it. The gear design means that the inner basket moves very quickly without much effort. There's a grid at the top that allows you to pour water without having to open and close the lid, which also snaps onto the bowl which is another nice touch. I prefer this model over the piston model - easier to use and better results. Note that the exact same model is sold under different brand names for less, so 1 star for that.
