Review on 2-Pack of DirecTV SWM Approved Wide Band Splitter with 2-Way Capability by Jaya Walsh

Doesn't work. Assuming this is to split the DirectTV signal, I used it to connect a cable (power signal) to 2 to connect to my HD DVR. No signal. in the second dead line. So I'm still left with only one signal line in the DVR with no way to record another channel that's being watched. Everything was fine, but one of the cables coming from the antenna has stopped working and is quite difficult to replace (it's a condo, fully connected, and there's fiber optic in the same tube, so there's a chance that the fiber optic a damaged cable will be damaged during replacement). The coax cable is quite tall, so I figured with a splitter I could connect two lines to the HD DVR using the one that's currently working. Still have to think about a solution.
