Bought for my mother-in-law who is hard of hearing. Ringer volume is ok. The volume is not adjustable - it just switches to low or high level. Caller ID only shows the number, not the caller's name. Time is in 24-hour military time and cannot be set to a 12-hour cycle. My mother in law was confused that 5pm is 5pm. The temperature is displayed in Celsius and cannot be switched to Fahrenheit. Mom doesn't understand that 35 degrees HOT is HOT! The date is displayed in European format. It also tells you what week of the year you are in, like "week 42 of 2020" - huh? Why? I didn't actually go through the setup before giving up, so no comment on the speed dial setup, but I reckon it's probably just as confusing as the rest of the setup. Note to Chinese people: If you want to sell senior phones in America, you need to consider these things. Can't recommend the phone at all for seniors.
