Dimensions are 24"L x 22"W when you include the back and additional stainless steel on the sides. The open area of the sink (the cut-out area for the sink) conforms to the dimensions given in the description. It's very well made, durable and looks fantastic (faucet top notch!). But the niche that I can fit this unit in is only 16 inches deep, so this unit protrudes 8 inches into the laundry room. Again, this is very well made and comparable to a professional sink you would find in a restaurant, school cafeteria, etc. If you have room for the overall dimensions you will be very happy with your purchase.
