The best space explosion for your money.
I use it for meditation 2-3 times a day for 15-30 minutes and it is very convenient. I'm a 6 foot male with rather tight hips and hamstrings and this makes knee meditation comfortable and as easy on the mind as possible. No lower back pain or tension between shoulder blades. I can't imagine a $100+ wooden bench being much more efficient than this. For the price, this is probably the best choice. It lasts a long time because it can be filled and washed.
