
got this to cut some logs into mantels. The first try went so-so, but I think it was a dull blade that caused me to push harder than I should have. The guide slipped a bit and hit the blade, but didn't break, so I had to tighten the holder screws. There are no instructions so there is probably an easier way but I took 2x and had to sand it down. a little to get a smooth glide. It would be nice if there was a way to do this without having to readjust the guide board every time you cut. I also wish there was a way to fine tune the angle of the blade.
