If you have a really cool air intake like I have in the G35, it's very low behind the front bumper under the headlight. Your fender on the car will hold it back, but I live in Florida and needed extra protection from all that rainwater. This product is GREAT, I suggest you watch the videos on YouTube, they show you how it works by pouring water on the hydro's screen and no water comes through.
