Review on WorkStyle by Shane Jenkins

The best part about workstyle was being able to create my own schedule, it gave me freedom over how much I wanted or needed days off for various reasons throughout our business' year! It also helped us with vacation planning as well which we found very helpful when trying new employees who may be coming from other jobs/companies where they have never had any sort of set calendar like this before.

We were not using all features offered by work style but since switching back now everything has been working great again so far!! There are no downsides at this point yet either :) If there's anything i would change right away its just adding some additional benefits such as paychecks per week instead of bi-weekly (or monthly), however those changes can only come after making sure everyone else feels comfortable enough wih their current setup first though ;) Just make an account if possible because once someone starts getting used to one system then transitioning.
