I like how easy it is to use with all of our different platforms (Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs and WhatsApp). It's very quick and easy to set up campaigns as well! There are some minor issues that we have run into at times but nothing too bad. We haven't had any major complaints yet so far! The best part about Carnival is its ease of use! As an agency, setting up and managing campaigns can be difficult without proper training. With carnival you don't need those resources since everything has been designed to make your life easier. And because they're integrated in each other, there's no confusion when creating multiple campaigns or running them simultaneously. They also provide customer service if needed which helps out even more! Our team is able to manage several campaigns from one place instead of having many people working separately. This makes things much faster and efficient overall.
