I don't like this bag because of my special needs. It's too big for what I wanted it for. I don't think it's worth the $50 price tag. The unbranded bag is almost identical, with some better features IMO, and costs $10! Considering the price, I will most likely leave a bag from another manufacturer. They are identical in size. They have the same webbing, same zip, same zip assembly. Both bags have double zips in the main compartment, so you can zip up at will. BELTS Kavu's rope belt is nowhere near as comfortable as other brands. The ropes are uncomfortable for my skin. The off-brand strap is soft and doesn't seem to chafe on the skin at all. -Brand - cheaper metal. I think both will work fine. POCKETS Internal mesh pockets are much better than other brands. It's hard to tell from the photos, but the Kavu bag has a mesh pocket in the main compartment. It opens from top to bottom so the mesh pocket is the same depth as the main compartment. Whatever you put in it will fall to the bottom of the bag. On the Off brand, the mesh is divided into 2 pockets in the main compartment. The upper pocket opens from top to bottom, while the lower pocket opens horizontally in relation to the bag. This is much more useful for storing small items rather than just tossing them at the bottom of the bag. It's also much easier to access the internal mesh pockets if you fold the bag forward. WATER BOTTLE HOLDER Both are the same size and easily fit a 24 ounce bottle. The Kavu bag has an elastic band at the top of the water bottle pocket. It works fine now but I have seen them stretch and no longer hold the bottle in place. I think it will survive the elasticity. Leaving it open allows you to stash easy-to-reach items inside - I usually use this pocket for my phone, not my water bottle, and I can close it fully to keep my phone from falling out. I like it MUCH more than the rubber band. The back pocket under the strap is the same on both cases and will easily fit an iPhone 11. Overall this is a great case but I would just save your money and buy an unbranded one. one!
