Small and X-Small Size Chart
This just arrived. They seem good, but we haven't tried them yet. I ordered too big and thought this info would help make sure others get the right size: X-Small is US 8 for kids 50"-53" tall and Small is US 10 for kids 1 Height from 54 to 57 inches. (see photo).
