I like that it allows for easy access to my emails from the web, as well as the ability to respond from my computer. The interface is very clunky, and can be confusing at times. The system needs work - I wish there was more customization to the inbox appearance. Also, the software does not support multiple accounts for different departments within a company. This would have been better if you could also combine all of your email addresses into one account. MaaiConnect has helped us organize the way we communicate with our customers and keep them up-to-date on what their orders are and when they need them. The system is very easy to use and has a very intuitive interface and it's very easy to navigate through the system.The system is very reliable and has a very high security. Nothing to dislike, everything is great and we have no complaints. It has been a pleasure to use and I would strongly recommend this system to any company. We are using the system to keep track of all communications made by the company and to make sure that all employees are following the correct procedures.
